About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated TPM Manager (BAU) to join our Third-Party Management team. This role is critical in ensuring robust oversight of external and internal third-party arrangements, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving operational excellence across supplier performance and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Third-Party Management
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party contracts, ensuring alignment between payments and contract status.
- Conduct trend reviews of supplier performance, escalate potential breaches, and provide governance oversight through dashboards and reporting.
- Partner with Resilience Risk and Third-Party Risk Management teams to proactively manage ageing metrics and strengthen the control environment.
- Perform regular audits and quality assurance of the MAS Third Party Register, ensuring compliance with MAS and HKMA requirements and timely updates to senior stakeholders.
- User & System Support
- Provide first-line support to internal users on Third Party Due Diligence platforms.
- Troubleshoot system errors and approval workflow issues.
- Third-Party Engagement
- Independently manage interactions with Engagement Managers and offshore teams to oversee lifecycle management of due diligence arrangements.
- Change Management & Projects
- Support operationalization of policy changes and project manage implementation of global and local mandates.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose innovative solutions.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or any related field.
- Around 5–8 years of experience in Third-Party Management or Resilience Risk.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as QlikSense and Tableau.
- Knowledge of platforms like Coupa, Appian, and ServiceNow
